Line Boring
Let us repair your worn machinery by welding worn bores with our automated bore welder and line boring them back to the original dimensions or boring the worn bores and interference fitting hardened bushes. Our specialized equipment can operate to exact tolerances bringing your tired, worn equipment back to the way it was when it was new
Track Repairs
Heavy Machinery Maintenance has the equipment and experience to carry out all your track repairs and maintenance on all crawler machines. Our 120 Ton track press is big enough to press track pins up to D8 Dozers and 55Ton Excavators and our service truck is fitted with a 1 ton hydraulic crane to do all the heavy lifting
Specialized Pull & Push Tooling
Got a difficult pulling and pushing job or need specialized tooling to get the job done, we we have the tools to get the job done quickly and safely. 2 ton to 120 ton push and 60 ton pulling cylinders and tooling including Dozer sprocket pullers and pushers
Air Conditioning
Tired of your machine's air conditioner not operating the way it was designed to. Our air conditioner technicians specialize in heavy machinery, not cars and buses and have the experience and know how to fault find and repair it properly. We have the equipment to fit new systems, make hoses to suit, pinpoint gas leaks, pump out and recycle your existing gas and repair everything on heavy machinery air conditioning systems
Hydraulic Systems
Heavy Machinery Maintenance has the equipment and experience to fault find and carry out repairs to large and small hydraulic systems. We repair and service all types of pumps, control valves and hydraulic cylinders
Broken Bolts & Stripped Threads
Broken bolts can be a real pain to get out and need special tools and the know how to remove them without messing up the part, just as bad are stripped or damaged threads. We have the tools and the experience to drill and tap out broken bolts and Helicoil stripped and damaged threads from 3mm to 24mm and 3/16" to 1"
Transmissions
We have the experience, knowledge and specialized tools to maintain, diagnose faults and overhaul all makes and models of Hydraulic Automatic and Manual Transmissions. We are not component change out fitters, we diagnose and repair the fault quickly and properly the first time
Machining & Welding
Heavy Machinery Maintenance has a lathe and a drill press to carry out small machining jobs in house. We also have a large MIG, Tig and Inverter Welders and can well steel, stainless steel and aluminum
